Your mission – To develop and implement strategic segment marketing propositions:
In this position, you are responsible to develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing propositions (market penetration, segmentation and commercialization and product launch) and to develop product definitions for the portfolio product and positioning.
You set and lead the implementation of a data-driven plan to deliver segment and portfolio goals and you develop and deliver “go to market” plans for high impact execution of the portfolio offering pipeline. As the key stakeholder for brand strategy, you develop segment and product positioning and messaging and draft and maintain creative briefs. You define, implement and evaluate the integrated marketing plan considering global and/or local campaigns, ensuring the correct pull/push mix and the business growth and you consider all possible tactics for brand promotion events, direct marketing in the distribution channel, social media, promotions and sales channels. You monitor, measure and evaluate effectiveness. As Segment Marketing Specialist, you report to the Marketing and Sales Competence Manager and international travel is a natural part of your job.

We are looking for someone with a Business degree in the field of Commerce or Business and who has marketing and communications qualification. With a minimum of five years’ experience in a segment marketing role in a related industry, you have successfully developed and implemented segment-based marketing campaigns and product launches. You have well-developed project management capabilities. As we operate in an international setting, you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. We place great value on your personal qualities, characterized by your interpersonal and strong communication skills. With strong cross-functional stakeholder management in a global environment and creative commercial mindset, you deliver well developed and effective marketing strategies and programs. You have the ability to sell the story across the organization through strong and structured presentations. As a role model to your business, you demonstrate visible and proactive safety leadership.
