Our Client is looking for a Rental Manager – Europe

OUR EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We are now recruiting for a Rental Manager – Europe in the Parts & Services Division. The Division drives the aftermarket business keeping customers’ fleet on track with needed services, solutions and parts. As the Rental Manager – Europe you will manage the fleet within our Client’s Rental Services in Europe. This role works in close collaboration with regional Sales Areas and Equipment Divisions ensuring seamless logistics and operations of the rental equipment fleet.
- Equipment forecasting and fleet planning;
- Rental fleet inventory management including equipment and attachments;
- Rental process control and development;
- Managing rental agreements, check-ins, check-outs, swaps, rental returns and damages;
- Follow up of all rentals in Europe region accurately and completely;
- Work with Sales Area service teams to prioritize equipment rental needs and required maintenance;
- Work with rental & sales representatives and equipment Business Line Managers as needed to fill rental orders and process sales and rentals.
It is essential that you have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Logistics or Engineering related fields. You must have at least 5 years’ business experience in a multicultural, international, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are experienced in managing large equipment/attachment inventories, fleet health monitoring and logistics. Your experience in mining or heavy equipment industry is preferred and experience in the equipment rental business is a distinct advantage. You are fluent in English and additional languages are a plus (Spanish and Finnish). International travel is part of the job if required (approximately 40%).
